Making Doula Training More Accessible for BIPOC & Trans Communities
At Empowered Doula Training, we are committed to increasing diversity and representation in birth work. Our Doula Scholarship Program is designed to support BIPOC and trans individuals who are passionate about becoming birth and postpartum doulas but may face financial barriers.
What the Scholarship Covers
Recipients may receive:
✔️ 25% Scholarship – Partial tuition assistance
✔️ 50% Scholarship – Half tuition covered
✔️ 100% Scholarship – Full tuition covered
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applicants who:
✔️ Identify as BIPOC and/or trans or gender-expansive
✔️ Are dedicated to providing birth and postpartum support in underrepresented communities
✔️ Demonstrate financial need
How to Apply
Applications open April 15, 2025. Interested individuals can submit an application detailing their passion for birth work, community impact goals, and financial need.
