Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?Yes, upon successfully meeting all requirements, you will receive your certification.

Where can I view certification requirements?You can view the certification requirements Once you complete the enrollment process, you will also receive detailed certification requirements and instructions from your instructor via email.

How do I reschedule a training?You have the option to reschedule for a later date within one year. To do so, you MUST contact us at empoweredblackdoula@gmail.com.

Are refunds offered for Training or Doula Mentorship?No, there are NO refunds for training or mentorship programs. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a later date within one year of your original training date.

When is the full payment required if I am enrolled in a payment plan?Full payment is due two days before training starts to secure your spot.

What do I need for training?You will receive a list of required materials after enrollment. Basic items include a notebook, comfortable clothing, and access to Zoom (for virtual sessions).

Can I enroll if I live outside the U.S.?Yes! Our virtual training is accessible to international students.

Do you offer mentorship after training?Yes! We offer a mentorship program for continued guidance.

Important Policy ReminderThere are NO refunds. By completing the Enrollment Form, you agree to this policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you must contact us directly to reschedule within one year. After enrollment, all training details will be sent via email.
